COVID POLICY

INFINITY COVID-19 POLICY (INCLUDING STAFF)

Please do not attend any appointment:
If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath, with or without a fever, or if you are in isolation because you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

  • All people entering the clinic (both staff and patients) need to show proof of double-vaccination status
  • Screening questionnaire for COVID symptoms for every patient when they make the appointment
  • Screening questionnaire for COVID symptoms for every patient/staff member on arrival to the clinic
  • Anyone with symptoms will not be treated and asked to have a COVID test and self-isolate until test result is available
  • All patients need to wear a mask
  • Patient requested to use hand sanitiser on arrival
  • Patients are instructed not to touch their face after they have used hand sanitisers and after face washing prior to treatment
  • Social Distancing with restricted numbers in practice – maximum of 2 patients in waiting room (maintaining 1.5m apart & 1 person per 4m2) and 2 people per treatment room
  • No accompanying person admitted to clinic – friends/children will not be admitted
  • Hand Hygiene for staff and patients throughout the clinical interaction/ in clinic journey using sanitisers or hand washing
  • Staff use PPE including eye protection, N95 masks, plastic gown & gloves – gloves and plastic gowns changed after every patient
  • Decontamination of surfaces and equipment after every patient
  • Spacing your appointments to allow for adequate decontamination between visits
